HOLY MOTHER FUCK!!!
never quite experienced anything like that ever. i came in expecting a crazy experience, and i was right. that ranks #1 on the most craziest concert/rave/car beatings.
tchkung rocked the house.
that freaky loud shopping cart thing was kinda scaring me!! :O
near the end, all HELL BROKE LOOSE!!!!!
a cop car comes rolling through...and out of nowhere, HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of partiers grabbed bats, giant sticks and anything they could get their hands on to beat the fuck out of that car. i left after an hour of a good cop car beating-by that time it was flipped over and a burning pile of po!
you guys dont believe me????
-then you have obviosly never seen tchkung in concert

you forgot the burning effigy of george bush and the throwing of cocktails preceding the cop car which was also the target of molitov cocktails as well... that car got fucked up!

!TchKung!'s set sounded like ass. anyone who says anything different got caught up in the hype. i still had a good time, but damn...it is hard to believe that the sound could be worse. i was too tired to stay for INB, but after bo called me @ 430am telling me that they had just gone to town on a cop car and had a molitov cocktail throwing contest for the last hour, i kind of wish i had stayed. while it's sad to say that may have been !TchKung!'s last performance, we still have INB. and i'm sure post world industries has a few more things up their sleeve.

Yeah the sound from the mics sucked ass. Both live shows I've seen of theirs didn't have good sound, but their studio recordings just don't have the energy of their live shows. In the end, I'd rather see Tchkung live than listen to their albums. It was a fun show. As for them saying it could be their last show, that's what they said back in 1999 when I saw them previously. Granted, any show of any band could quite possibly be their last show. The drummer could break his collar bone, or the guitarist might get his hand chopped off because of some gambling debt. Anything could happen, including another Tchkung show, let's just hope.

agreed. but they have been selling a bootleg of their live show (in tape form) that rocks. it cost me $8, and it's all the energy of their live show, and a decent recording. of course, when you light fake $$ on fire and douse yourself in chocolote syrup in your own bedroom, it's not quite the same. and yes, i wouldnt be the least bit suprised if they mysteriously popped-up in a few years again. i most likely wont be living here anymore, though. =\

A friend of mine went to this event. It was her first Tchkung! show, and I'm glad to hear that all hell broke loose, even if the music wasn't so hot.

I wanted to go so much! Last time I saw them it was off the hook! I hope people never put a listing in upcoming. Shit like this needs to stay underground. I was there for the fire and dancing in the middle of the street last month. Good times!

Wow, just like old times.... and fresh as always...
It was great kickin it w/ Gromit at a Tchkung show just like before... The sound was off, but they didn't really let it kill the show... (you gotta be GOOD to make Tchkung sound great live... not that Tchkung is bad, it's just percussion is fucking difficult to work with... )
I also was amazed to see all the current and former Tchkung members that were there, that weren't at the I-Spy show... Steve was even there, he hasn't been in Tchkung since the first year i started going to their shows...
Nice to see Tyson's still got it with the most energetic and in your face fire performances (Tchkung started it all in Seattle)...
had to leave early 'cause my ride (like me) is getting old and (unlike me) has kids to get home to... so i didn't get to see anything that happened after the show...
