toast prograhm

does anybody know how to record cds with tracks and not have the one second pause between the tracks. i am trying to record a mix cd and track it ,but it puts a 1 second pause inbetween everyone of my mixes. anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

select the option to "track at once", this way it has no second of silence between tracks.
