Ibiza Island

Has anyone here ever been to the Ibiza Island? I heard it was a 24 hours raving island. IF you've been there then please tell me ur experience and how it was

just go buy every last one of the ibiza (pronounced eye-beeth-a) compilations and you can have all of their shitty 'dance' music and it will still be cheaper than going over there for a weekend.

Its a DJS wet dream, because there are quite a few good record stores , but be prepared to pay $9.00 for a rum and coke, and $6.00 for a beer.

Go in the summer because thats when most of the good shows happen. Make sure you go to the hippie market. Its kind of a big euro/stoner bazaar. Kind of like hanging out in the parking ot of a Greatful Dead show. Explore the foothills, because the scenery can be quite beautiful. OH !!! and make sure you eat at L'absynthe. its some of the best italian food ive ever had, and Im italian. (not to mention the Absynthe......MMmmmm.......) you could probably do everything there is to do in about 3 days or so.


Take lots of pictures, and bring me a souvenir. :D

I have yet to go to Ibiza but am planing a trip next year there. but that is true... there are like 5 different clubs on Ibiza two of them are Manu Mission "the largest club in the world.. 25,000 square feet of mass party people" the other club is Space.. cant think of the other 3..though..

I'm going after i graduate from college (next spring break). It's Hells' Kitchen, that's open from 11 pm till 5 or 7 am. And then there's Space, which runs from 7 am till 5 pm. that is EXCTLY what i need. 24-hour non-stop partying.

Re: Absynthe. You can get it shipped to your house from other places. it comes in unmarked box, and provides some jolly good times with the green fairy. rent a trippy movie and have a fun experience, dude. Also... there are tons of internet sites for Ibiza, with hotel prices, places to stay, travel packages, etc. Ministry of Sound website provides a lot of info as well... see y'all there, KATS:p

Yes the owner of SPACE charges 50.00 a head and make almost 1 million a night during the summer :)

some of the tracks i play the most i bought in ibiza this summer, and they're only now making it to local stores in JANUARY, and believe me, they're flying outta the bins...

true, it was HELLA expensive.
we were at the cash machine twice a day sometimes. but i gotta tell you though, you get what you pay for. i don't know about the "raving" quotient, i'd refer to it more as "clubbing" because it's all overground. it's a disneyland for dance music heads. disneyland is expensive, too!

no, Mission shut down, Manu got pool tables and is a Bingo hall now, Space is open and NAF just re-opened there so there's only 2 clubs now... stay away...
