Animal-print carpets; used to have lots of mirrors and a curtain, which provided little, but at least SOME soundproofing... the curtain and the stage are gone. two bars. two sets of bathrooms. a lonely cage-type structure in the back. DJ Knight, who can't play a decent track, and retarded video installation in one room. an ok club if you're really, really, really drunk.

well... uh... back when i was 19 and snuck into that place two or so times, when Trip was still promotin' and Justin and Paul were still bartendin'... when i turned 21 (in 2001) i barely made it out of that basement for the next seven or so months. probably the best memories are connected with that place, for that's where a lot of fun and historically important events have taken place. i loved it and felt at home there, and then BOOM! they started having foam parties, and after party #3 i looked around and realized -- that place has gone to shit. so now every weekend i mourn the legendary place and look for establishing a new tradition in the partying history of this city. hell -- i'm bound to go down in history.

Among many attributes, MB is a master of the after-hours.....he'll most likely be hittin ya with some killer tribal and possibly some 'custom' Electro trackx.

Eva and MB both tear it up. . .
How about that. . . a night of USC residents at Down Under. . .
Not sure I'm familiar with Steele but looking forward to getting familiar.
What are the timeslots for Friday though? Besides MB for afterhours that is?
