did anyone else see that naked chick at freak nation. I did. I was just chillin' outside and I turned around and I see this chick in nothing but her skevee's falling all over people and then some dude picked her up by her arms and dragged her out of the party, saying "you need to leave the party now, get out now!" then I saw a fire truck near the entrance like 15 min. later. does anyone know the story on this girl? I was just wondering?

i don't see anything wrong with nudity.. :D

being so high you can't walk, however,
is definitely not a good thing. :(

I agree... throwing a naked woman out onto the street is not the best approach. For chrissakes people, it's SKIN. Live with it. Someone should have put a coat on her, helped her find her friends, and made sure she got home ok.

We're a good community, and we're good people for the most part.. but a lot of us seem to suffer from "Somebody Else's Problem" syndrome. :(

hey i have no problem with this whole skin issue.. i have skin and i do like skin...
this girl was so wacked out she had no clue.. people were trying to help her and she was pushing them away.
a guy wrapped his coat around her and she walked out of the party.. later that night i was walking towards subway andmy friend pointed out that she was passed out in a car... with the coat on...
i agree that raves should be for self expression but people take it too far sometimes... they go over there limit...
i'm just glad i'm smart enough to say when i have had enough and know my limit. i guess you have to have those bad experiances sometime or another to know your self and know what to look for when you have had enough and shouldnt take anymore...
i dont know about you guys but when i have had too much the party kinda sucks...
i hope she know more about herslf to never put herself in that position agin.. lets all hope:)

Hey you guys! You wanna know what I saw? Okay, I didn't get into the party because I got there about 5 minutes too late ( I was 3, motherfucking 3, people away from getting inside when they stopped letting people in) so I had nothing better to do than stand at the front of the line for two hours until my boyfriend who was inside would realize I never showed up and then he came to look for me at the gate!! Well this is what I saw as far as seeing the naked girl and all!!
**** I got to see her dragged out and carried over to the fire truck and set down on the ground where some nice boy put his coat over her until the cops (who I engaged in conversation with for two hours and now I admire for all they put up with from us crazy kids trying to weasle our way into an over-capacity party) finally found a some yellow tarp to wrap her up in (it was comical to see them yelling at each other for not bringing a blanket in case of emergencey) however what wasn't very comical was seeing how freaked out this poor girl became when she realized what was going on and that she snapped out of her trip to see at least 100 people in line, 2 police officers, and 2 fireman trying to cover her naked body!! She began crying really hard, she was soooo embarrased and so confused as to what happened, so i can tell you that she wasn't taking her clothes off for expression or in the midst of happiness, she was just plain too phucked up beyond her control to realize what she was doing!! And the people who carried her out made a wise decision because she was so out of control and falling all over the place it was obvious this girl most likely needed to be taken out!! Anyways, that is what I saw as my sober, freezing ass got to watch the party and groove outside the fence like a kid in front of a candystore!!

Hey guys!! I feel bad for what happened to that girl at freak nation, but people need to know there limit, for the sake of us all. I was stuck at FreakNation with a girl who was on so much acid she thought she was detoirating (?) It was horrible and I just hope everyone is careful.

hey once again peeps....it turns out that the naked girl everyone is referring to is "Alex". And I'm happy to say that she has recovered ten-fold since her ordeal. Dr. Feelgood and I couldn't make it to that rave but she went with a group of fellow dancers, and took 4 or 5 hits. From what our close friend told us -she said that after having been in the hospital, she has a whole new outlook on life. She has a new sense of self-worth and begins each day with a smile! She appreciates who she is and what she has. Luckily this story had a happy ending. But it could have gone fatally sour. =P The point is, PLEASE watch what you take and how much you take-we wouldn't want any one of you to become another statistic. PLUR!

word
nudity is a beautiful thing
at a rave when you are not intending to show some skin before you get high can be dangerous...in north carolina(where i'm from)
people who get naked on drugs usually end up in an ambulance, some have even died...
if you see your friends getting naked and its not normally like them, please take care of them immediately...

this is for Apeirron
YES!!! she was hurting herself as well as others. she knocked into me more than once. and when i left the room for a while and came back she was falling all over the place still. by her falling into people she was causing those people to bump into others..... chain reaction.... in an already crowded room. do you think that is a good way of expressing yourself?!?! if you would have seen her all you could take away from it was, "wow, that girl is F.U.B.A.R ed" and feel sorry for her because you could tell that she had NO clue what was going on.

on a related point: my friend kept a girl alive at countdown last year because she took way too much. later they found out that if he wouldn't have kept her interacting and walking she would have died.

be safe. know your limits!!

As much as this topic has been beaten, i am going to say amen to hppyhrdcr for making a statement about the use issue. Granted this poor girl was running around naked, but why is she the victim? i don't disagree with using any type of party favor, but i won't promote it. I would be a hypocrite if i said i don't entertain myself once in a while, but the 3rd time she bumped into me, minus clothes, it really bothered me. I was at Freak Nation completly sober, and i almost lost my dinner because of how many people i saw that were on TOO much! I really wish people like this girl would take the time to read a few articles from hyperreal.com to know what they are getting themselves into. I LOVE the scene, and don't want to keep going to parties only to see people puking in the corner, or running around falling on the concrete ground because of overuse. Please remember to know your limits and your party favors when you go out!!! i emphasize that.

On another note, i praise those who take the time to care for the people who are too high. i found myself at a party one time taking care of an ex coke addict who had just been released from rehab only to be GIVEN some at the party for free. I found myself choked-up, almost crying the entire time i helped him person sober up. When he had regained a moderately normal state of mind, his friends wandered upto us and took him from there...he thanked me, and i know he genuinely meant it. So from my perspective, i know those who overdo their fun, appreciate someone there to help them in their time of need. i completely praise those who take the time to care rather than pawning it off like it is "someone else's problem". After all, it isn't someone elses problem. If you just take the time to care, it shows the love you have for others and this community, and with THAT Unity comes the common ground we stand on.

I am happy however that the girl from Freak Nation is doing better, and i hope it opened her eyes, because it certainly opened mine! Please be smart and know what you are getting yourself into, and what your limits are.
