Need help recording my mixes

I'm trying to record my mixes using wavelab, but i'm having trouble getting it set up. I don't have the instructions to the program so i'm stuck. Mainly I need to know how to set up my hardware- how should I hook up my computer to my mixer, what cables should I use, and so on. If anybody can help, it would be much appectiated. Thanks.

well i use a y cable--not the best sound quality but i just adjust my levels till it sounds good-----its a cable from radio shack about--4 bucks----just a rca jack on one end to a mini plug on the other end.plug rca into mixer record out and mini jack into line in on sound card
