Open Turntable Night at the Cool School

That's right folks, the Cool School Cafe now presents open turntable night every WEDNESDAY. We hope that local DJs will continue to come out and showcase their skills at the Cool School. For those of you still thinking about trying open deck night, come out and see how it works, it's a great way to meet and network with other local DJs and party producers are starting to come out and listen to the DJs, it's a great way to be heard by the people who are booking the parties. By the way promoters, we have found some very talented local DJs that just have been playing out anywhere and if you need any local talent for upcoming shows, you can find it here. i popped a wheely or two on by there a couple times tonight n it looked open:confused: so you guys are doin shit all the time now huh? is there a cover if we just want to drop by n chill for a bit?

We never charge a cover on open turntable night, for two reasons, one we don't exactly now how good the talent is going to be, some weeks we have an unbelievable lineup up of off the chain DJs and sometimes we have a couple of kids who are still learning and/or have terrible programming of their sets. The second reason is, I am getting the DJs for free so it just would not be right for me to charge a cover when I'm not paying the DJs so, yes, please drop by and support your local DJs and chill a while. Most other nights we have a small cover charge later in the night and most of those nights belong to the production companies and they are the ones that set the cover charge so we don't control that. At any rate, we would love for more DJs to come down on open deck night, if not to play just to network with other local DJs, it's been a really good time.

yeah im happy im looking forward to wneseday night im playing down there from 10 - 11 for those of you who know me or even for the ones that dont come check it out i play NRG and Hard trance so if thats your flavor then come on down and dance your ass off try not to miss DJ princess set either from 9-10 she'll blow you away then from 11- 12 is DJ Cyrus if you havent heard him yet then you havent heard good music check it out peace.
