Another week of open deck night at the Cool School. We are now doing the open deck night in the upstairs lounge. The turnout has been getting better every week and we are very excited about all the networking that has been going on, after all, that's one of the reasons we started the open deck night. REMEMBER: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN NEEDLES! If you don't you will be stuck playing on really crappy Stanton 500's. You have been warned, don't "forget" your needles and then complain about the Stantons. Our regular house needles are Shure M-44 7's but thoses are only for the resident DJs or those that have played with us enough that we trust them with our needles. I have lost two sets of Shure's since we started open deck night and a pair of headphones.
