yah umm the heat thing WOW we rented soo many fans that are suposted to move x amounts of air per hour. I don't know what to do (well I do but it can't be done right now) there needs to be as mutch cold air geting in to the place as there is hot air moving or trying to be moved out it's all about flow it will never matter how many fans there is untill you can introduce cold air into the system it will just move hot wet and sticky air around...and there is only so many fans that can be pluged in 'cause of the power for every fan that gets pluged in it drops the sound system power just a little (adds a hummm to the amps)...again I will do everything I can to make white out as comfortable as possable for everyone!!

Hey I noticed a hatch in the ceiling of the main room, opening it might help or at least it would give the hot air somewhere to go for awhile.

Every Venue has its problems--this is jsut another problem--lol
Ya BIG fans will fix this up good--and possibly open the hatch on the roof...

they'd better figure it out for DTRH. Don't want to have to bring an inhaler

if you want it to be a cool-air conditioned venue, then you need to direct your comments to the venue manager--jon of rave shack. However, these things cost money, and unless somone ponies it up, a/c is unlikely.
