The time has come for us to congregate together and get beyond the adversarial nature of hip hop. That's why the B-Boys from Northwest order have now began to organize weekly rhyme cyphers in Portand City Parks. A rain or shine cure to boredom. The rules are Simple:
*No Guns (or Weapons)
*No Alcohol (unless concealed)
*No Battles (Unless you bring your own Boom-box)
We are not haters and if you want to bring your own box or start your own cypher circle at one of our events we will not try to stop you! but we feelIt's time that the lyricists of the Northwest came together for more then getting drunk and/or battlin'. We're tired of Rappers that have no skills but always wanna battle! We See Hip-Hop As A highly inspirational Artform. We see this moment as a crucial time to make a movement toward UNITY! We work hard + we deserve to be free to congregate in the parks and enjoy live entertainment for FREE! In light of this, We're gonna offer all local Lyricists a VENUE to develop their skills and shine in a positive cypher WITH NO BEEF!
All Are Welcome, Whether Lyricist or spectator.

THIS WEDNESDAY October 29th: from 4-8 (or 9) THIRD WEEKLY NWOrder Cypher Waterfront Park (under W. Side of Morrison Bridge)They may attempt to shut down Hip-Hop in Portland and across the world. "BUT IT DOESN"T MATTER!
