If anyone of you have any ideas for me, that would really be a huge massive help to me because i think it would be really nice to have some peepZ to do dat here in kelowna BC, and the surrounding area. all you really need is some way to keep track of all the bags and coats. One thing that works well are cloths pins (you know those wooden things). You get a bunch of them and paint them all different colors or number them and make pairs (2 red, 2 blue, 2 multi-colored ect.). That way you can clip one to the bag and give one to the person. Then when the person is ready to leave, they bring you their clip and you match it to the bag and off they go. You can use anything, as long as they are in pairs. You can charge a buck or two for the service if you need a way to cover the cost of the event.
PS: It's best to have some a coat/bag check in plain sight. I for one feel better that my bag isn't in some back room with all the good stuff being removed. Also have a rack for the coats so they don't get all messy.

You get 3 ants together and they can't do dick; get 3,000,000 of them and they can build a cathedral.

another cheap addition to the clothespin idea is to add a playing card to it. Give the person one half of the playing card and you keep the other half glued to the clothes pin. So when they come and get their bags all you have to look for is the other half of the card... 4 of diamonds, ace of spades... etc.
This way you don't have to spend much time writing out numbers etc on the clothes pin AND a piece of paper.
Just a hint.
