summer dates

just wanted to know who has dates set for the summer months:
may-august
i have seen several posts already, but i want to stay away from conflicts, so i am posting this as an attempt to help other promoters and myself plan carefully.....

I am hoping to throw several events during the summer
may-29
june-11
july-17
aug-21

I will be doing Stompin in da Woods again on july 16th 17th and 18th
and of coarse Stargazer some time in late august
indoor events are march 13th, may 22nd and july 3rd
every date is not set in stone YET!, but that what im shootin for.

thats why i posted them in anticipation.....so other promoters can see what dates may be used...
...no dates are permenant as of yet, and not all those dates are being used......

Hit me up for those events. If your bringing anyone from out of state we should create a deal where they get to hit both portland and seattle, therefore saving us money on transport as we split costs, and they get two bookings.

well we almost blew our wad on june 26th..but i see that usc is most likely using that date for their 8 yr...so we are goingt o have to move our 2 year anniv party june 5th or 12th...how ever thats what were shooting for...still waiting to hear back from usc though....if they dont beat us up on the 26th...then we will stick with the 26th.

Hun get a hold of me...I have to use either the 12th or the 26th now, but I would rather NOT compete on the same weekend at you, like for Invasion lol. Maybe we could work something out for a collabo?

may 29th is part of memorial day weekend. that's the weekend I wanted your help with some douglas adams decor...if you'd like?
