A little help please?

I need to find someone who has a space where I can come record a mix in the Portland area. I can provide blank CD's and the like. I do ask that there are loud monitors. I would prefer a place where I can mix and work on the recording for at least a total of about 6 hours. I won't need all of that time most likely but you never know. Weekends are about the only free time I have and probably afternoons would be best. In exchange I have some vinyl that I received doubles of. I also can bring beer. Well, I'm not seeing any responses here, so I'll chime in....

Although I am right in the middle of seattle's University District... If you don't find anyone else before the next time you end up here, hit me up... I have a home studio with a DJ recording station... the sound system is decent enough... if it ain't loud enough for ya, we can always hook up the vegas.
