Ever had a day, where all you wanted was some much needed sleep? But Nooooooooooooooo! You kept having visitors, who whisked you off your feet, and then the next thing you know, you're hanging with them, semi-awake, yet still wishing they'd have just left you alone? And then when they took you home, somebody else wanted to take you someplace else as well?

Long story short, was up since friday, clubbed and had fun at a after-hour. Stayed up until 1, tried to sleep, my ex shows up, takes me to see Godsend, then we went to her place, smoked some weed, I take a short nap(I think 2 hours), then run around seattle with her a bit, see a friend, smoke weed with him and watch some adult swim. Then she takes me home, and I'm not even in my house for 5 seconds, when my roomate tells me "Aaron, get dressed! We're going to the casino!!!". And then all I could do was watch my roomate lose money at the blackjack table at Goldie's, because I was too pooped to play!!! I didn't get to sleep until 4.......

Okay, if you had anything similar happen, spill the beans!

Yeah that's happened to me too. You should just do what I do Aaron...... growl & attempt to bite the people that are trying to take you from one misguided adventure - to the other. Generally when people see that you're not as inclined to participate as they are - & when you try to bite or snap at them...... most of the time they'll back off!!

when i'm really tired, i turn into an exceptionally bitchy bitch. and at that point i have no problem threatening serious physical harm to anyone attempting to keep me awake.

i don't understand why anyone would chose the company of people over sleeping anyway. i <3 sleep.

I guess I had fun, but the casino was almost too much for me to handle. I know I was hitting sleep depravity somewhere along the lines, but I guess I just don't know when to tell people "Not today....". However, this was the only time this has really happened to me, so it's mainly why I asked.....

I guess I hardly ever have visitors as it is usually. But it was kinda weird to be a visitor to somebody else's party, then from there, have my ex visit, and take me to a movie, then visit another friend, and then get whisked away to Goldie's in shoreline. I'm glad I didn't play though, I would have lost all my money for sure......I'm not even sure I'll go back though, they dealers play a bit to quick for me to think of a strategy....
