View Full Version : Michael Jackson
So like I have not expressed this much but here it goes.
Man, people are just so harsh on him. The reality is that his family upbringing and all was exteme. It made him what he is. Especially the thing about the way he looks. How do you want him to look? Now let's just really try and visualize him some other way. I get a faint picture and I'm like, he's cool man. Whatever. He's doing what he wants with what he has.
I don't know about all these charges and all. I mean, who are these people. Kids staying with him and then people sueing him. Man I wasn't there and well, who was and what can they do about it now? Is everybody alive? What do you want to do today? It's not like this is Oklahoma city or anything.

what?
King of pop = Cool
Sex with kids = Not cool
Accused of having sex with kids = suspicious
Accused of having sex with kids AGAIN = fairly conclusive
Accused of having sex with kids when you think you are Peter Pan and you live in a place you created called "Neverland" = Extremely suspiciously conclusive
Owning a monkey = Cool

Many sex offenders have a bad childhood, due to the way they were raised. Yes, I'll admit, it's fucked up their upbringing made them what they became, but it doesn't do any good to point the blame to their parents anymore, once their prodigy goes off and commits a crime. By then, what's done is done. MJ is really no different.......:o

i dunno, maybe he had 'affairs' with those kids the first time, maybe he didnt.
the fact remains that, after the first riound of accusations, the parents should have not let their kids stay at neverland..
i mean what is going through those parents' minds?
'oh he's a sex offender? well, sure jimmy and bobby can stay over, what harm can be done?'
i blame it on the kids' parents, not michaels parents.
and even though he is pretty wicked looking, i still am not so sure he even did anything with the kids the first time, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that he's rich. as in more money than you or i will ever see.
$$=people trying to ruin you.

I thought all the charges were like minor stuff anyway, just giving alcohol to kiddies, and "misconduct" with them. Not rape charges or anything really bad like that.
+ the guy who is against him really has a prob with michael anyways. This was especially evident with his comment "Like the sheriff and I listen to that kind of music."... what a peckerface.
Everybody is in it for money anyways and Michael is just getting the blame. Not to sound stupid but I think he deserves some recognition for all the shit he's had to put up with.
Then again, maybe i'm in denial
Peace,

It's not like this is Oklahoma city or anything
but if the charges are proven to be true, . .which appears to be quite plausible this time.. the victim(s) *could end up just as dangerous as Timothy McVeigh..

Would you be so understanding if your kids or your little brother or even YOU were molested and scarred for life because this person had a "bad childhood?" The kids he is accused of molesting might end up doing the same thing...so that's gonna be excusable?

the parnets should have just kept there kiddies at home. Michael Jackson is great but I would'nt let my child sleep in the same bes as him.
Sorry Mike, You just kinda freak me out in that little.

people, people,
i think we're forgetting who the real victims are.
the monkey(s).
but on a serious note, of course he had a messed up childhood, that's what set him on this path of wierdness and perversion.
pedophilia is a contagious disease. i'm not saying that if you were molested as a kid that means you're definitley going to grow and do the same, but if you're a male and were molested, the chances do increase.
peace.

You wouldn't happen to be a convicted sexual offender are you? The man is a child molester. I don't care how extreme is childhood was. I feel so bad for a child who got paid millions to travel the world. Give me a break he had it good. Maybe not so good while living in Gary Indiana but he got out and only spent a fraction of child hood there. As far as his appearance is concerened, don't make yourself look like a clown if you don't want people to treat you like one. That goes for candy kids too.

The evidence against Jackson is pretty solid.
The child accusing him of molestation claimed that Jackson gave him and other kids a special mixture of alcohol and pop in Pepsi cans that he called "Jesus Juice."
After he got them drunk off it, he'd bring out a female child mannequinn and enduce the kids into performing lewd acts with it first, then with him.
When investigators raided Neverland, they found cases of Jesus Juice and the same female mannequinn.
After that was made public, Jackson's lawyer quit.
The guy is guiltier than all hell.
Just 'cause he made Thriller doesn't mean he's not a pedophile.
Get used to it.

what exactly is a "lewd act" ???? this could be anything.

It doesn't mean he's not a pedophile but I personally don't think wealthy celebrities should be convicted of crimes that don't affect most of society. Here is a guy who has given the world so much good music and were just going to throw him in prison for having a little fun. I don't think that's right at all. Prison is for the lower class of society and it should stay that way. No one with over a million dollars should go to prison. I mean, do you know what goes on in prison. Especially to someone as white and squeeky as MJ.
Just my opinion on the situation.

why does anyone care
his music sucks now so his person and celebrity no longer matter. I guess if you like his new music the activity around him is a little worysome.

Exactly!
We should take the money were spending on the search for Osama and turn Neverland Ranch into a pedophile therapy center.

so, let me just get this right... if your wealthy - you're entitled to act with immunity to law?

All the people on here who were smart enough to pick it up actually have better things to do then point it out.
Except for me of course.

MJ the person-like most 80's pop musicians, they didn't stand the test of time
MJ the music-like a lot (*read* not all) of 80's pop music, it still rocks today. MJ music just so happens to be the cream of the crop
MJ today music/person-since his style is dated and he hasn't progressed since his solo debut, it's time to move on. For us and him.

They just dropped ALL charges!!! Somebody tell me this is isn't happening!!!
http://www.nme.com/news/108714.htm
Michael Jackson has been cleared of recent charges that he molested a Los Angeles boy in the 1980s.
The case is unrelated to the current case against him in Santa Barbara County for molestation, abduction, extortion and false imprisonment.
On Wednesday, Los Angeles Lieutenant Art Miller said in a written statement that "on May 28, 2004, detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Juvenile Division officially concluded their two-month investigation into allegations of child abuse against Michael Jackson.
"After an extensive investigation, which included hours of interviews with the person making the allegations, detectives concluded there was no evidence that any crime occurred. No charges will be sought."
On April 18, the Los Angeles Police Department released a statement saying that it was contacted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in March regarding allegations of child abuse against Jackson. The claims were made by Daniel Kapon, now 18, who said that Jackson had drugged, molested and videotaped him beginning when he was 3 years old and continuing for six years (see "Jackson Camp Calls New Allegations A Smear Campaign".)

From what I read, it's just the charges from the 1980's that are being dropped.
The current charges are still pending.
