oops....looks like i missed the meet/movie, but if i drag my lazy butt (or get someone nice to drive me) up to blanchard on saturday i might meet some of you guys.

it's weird to think there are other people in bham know how to use the internet...seems everyone i know up here (with a few exceptions of course) is completely ignorant of message boards/email/etc.

but then again bham is FULL of slackers who don't do anything but smoke pot and act sketchy all day long (not that smoking pot is a bad thing, but when coupled with acting sketchy and being too hardcore for my tastes it gets annoying)

ok here's an offer for you bham kids (or anyone willing to drive up here on such short notice)

I'm going to costco today to get some yummy food for myself, so I thought I'd invite a few people over and have a bbq at my house.
Basically I'm gonna say bring your own stuff, but if you end up eating my food and drinking my beer it's all good, I like being a hostess.

If you're interested, email me and I might just give you directions to my house or a phone number to call for directions. This is usually a weekly thing, I hit costco about once a week to stock up on unhealthy stuff like steak and beer.

ok...this week i'm thinkin friday nite somewhere between 5pm and when it gets dark i'll have another bbq...this time with more than .001 minutes notice :p

so email me if you're interested, and i'll throw directions yer way.

i'll post more info about what food/beer i have later this week (or when i get paid...heh), right now the fridge is bare of beer except for the two i'll drink tonite, and my steak is in a freezer somewhere south of here. but i have lots n lots of buns n condom-ents! er..i mean hamburger buns and condiments.

my roommate has approved (whew! :p), so my house 4-5pm friday until it gets dark or whenever.

bring your own drinks/meat/nonmeat grilling stuff.

also my roommate is going to borrow a turntable for the day so we'll have 2 turntables to play on as well as the cd spinner (he's a cd dj). if you have records/cds you can bring them and play, but be warned, you will only get to play as long as i want you to *evil laugh*
