new years eve @ contour

this was great night as expected. it was a showcase of seattle's best djs, last nights my proof. i woke up with my legs aching, but i'm taking it as a good, haha. what suprised me was the place just kept filling up. by the time mea got to the decks the place was packed, this was at about 4am. that woman has a really nice voice. the crowd was very friendly crowd and staff was exceptional. it was really cool seeing eva, scott, and chrous all dancing together on the floor. thanks for a wonderful night you guys. i'm looking forward to seeing all of you again in 2005. happy new years everyone.

What a great night - the music was rock solid from start to finish. Eva, Chronus, Mea and Flave were all playing at their finest. The people, the staff, everything was incredible. Contour went all out, everything that was promised was delivered 100% and it was a pleasure working with them.

One of the best vibes at a club I've seen in a while and quite possibly the best NYE I've ever had!

This was my favorite New Year's out of the first 27 years of my life. Scott warmed it up perfectly while keeping it energetic at the same time. Eva Eva Eva... got it going with some real dirty, thick basslines... definitely one of my favorite DJs overall. I had the good fortune of spinning for the afterhours crowd, which was massive! I had such a blast. Of all the opportunities I've had, this was the only time I've seen/heard Mea spin. I didn't know what to expect because of mixed reviews in the past, but she totally blew it up, and I enjoyed her singing at the end of her set also. Since Donald moved to LA, I think Flave has taken over the title of Seattle's best closer. The staff was great, which doesn't match a typical club. Contour was vibin' hard all night until the early morning, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to share it with the people I did. :) Happy New Year.
