Dan is living in SF now after tearing up clubs like Rebar and Definition in SEA, and clubs like Buzz in DC alongside pal Brian Stillwater and a list of who's who in the early dc/baltimore scene. Not just relegated to clubs, Dan was playing DC parties since the early nineties. A very smart guy, Dan understands the details of mixing on levels that make me jealous. Super classy mixer. He played various forms progressive house for a long time, but lately his tastes have grown more techy. Not glitchy, but a deep hypnotic sexgroove techy that hasn't forgot the tribal roots of yesterday. progressive music influenced....tech house approved.

what is it that i like so much about jill's trax she plays out? dubby warmth from slicked down sounds and futuristic retro synths juxtaposed with ice cold electro that shakes my tiny brain and bitchslaps me with analog bass when im not expecting it... brilliant.
