Yeah, this is nuts. I wonder how long the traffic will keep up like this. Too bad it's because of a tragedy. :/

Not that it's bad in any way, but a lot of people have discovered this message board because it was in an article yesterday. I don't mind. In fact, there have been people from across the world signing up just to post their condolences.
Plus you can bet that news agencies from all over are logging in to see what the latest is, since we seem to have come up with names sooner than they have.
Maybe nwtekno will start to liven up after this. Too bad it had to be a tragedy that brought us together.

Well, the worst I can see from it happening right now is a high rate of traffic.
Hell, maybe by people reading the thread, they will start realizing on their own that our culture isn't as bad as it is made out to be.
Of course, the I hate niggers and interracial couples threads aren't saying much for us. Heh.

shieet, i guess i outta come out of the tunnel i currently occupy once in awhile. i didn't see, hear or read anything about the shooting until i saw something alluding to it in my bulletins at myspace. i knew to come over here to see what was going on. wow. tragic.
i guess now i'll go check out the sunday times site..... but ih..... i'm not sure if i trust the "mainstream" & what they have to say.
*looks around a little more, climbs back into tunnel*

I've trolled this board for a couple of years, checking things out every weekend (especially in the summer when outdoor action kicks up) but have never bothered to register. I'm not much of a message board poster. I felt compelled to finally sign up tho...I dunno, as support of some kind? Safety/love in numbers? Some of the best experiences of my life have been at raves, some of the most beautiful people I've ever met, some of the purest most authentic conversation, and a whole lot of wicked music and dancing. I think I was hoping to be part of making the spiral bigger, and generating more warmth...and I don't think I'm alone in feeling this way.
